Vegan Butter

Just a quick post to mention one of the changes in our 2016 diet, which I've been working on for a few weeks now. Instead of using margarine in baking, I'll be primarily switching to a homemade, palm oil free vegan butter.
I won't go into the details, because I'm using this recipe from veganbaking.net, and they explain the process really well.
All I'll add is that I prefer to give this butter a bit more flavour, by adding 2 tsp nutritional yeast. If I make any other significant changes, I'll post them here.
From now on, when I say 'vegan butter,' in a recipe, this is what I'll be talking about.
