Hello 2018!
I officially finished my PhD in November, and have started a postdoc in Global Food Security - I have a ton of recipes saved up from the writing up period of my PhD, which I will be posting here soon. I have a lot of ideas for updating the blog as well, some of which I may actually get round to... Here we go!
